Mix a 1/4 cup of Whispering Heat into your hamburger meat before you shape it and cook over an open flame to bring out the unique texture and flavors.
Preheat your grill to medium-low heat. Make an aluminum foil tray by doubling up layers of foil large enough to hold your fillet. Place the foil onto a cookie sheet. Lay the fillet onto the foil with the skin side down. Lightly season the filet with salt & pepper. Slide the foil with the salmon off of the cookie sheet and onto the grill. Cover with the lid and grill the fillet for 10 minutes per inch of thickness, about 20 minutes. After the salmon starts to firm but before it is done, brush with some Whispering Heat bbq sauce. Salmon should be able to flake with a fork.

Heat grill to medium-high heat.
Thread shrimp onto 8 skewers.
Grill 2 min. on each side or until shrimp turn pink, brushing occasionally with barbecue sauce.

Bacon Wrapped Asparagus -Wrap two-three pieces of asparagus with bacon & put on the grill. After a few minutes brush bacon with our Whispering Heat BBQ sauce and grill until done
King Cut Pork Chops-
We love to mix a 1/4 cup of peach preserves with 3/4 cup of sauce, chill, then brush on pork about half way through your cook time.
4 string cheese packets
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
12 strips of bacon
1 c. breadcrumbs
1/4 c. chopped parsley
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 c. Parmesan
1 lb. uncooked large shrimp, peeled with tails left on, deveined
1/2 cup Whispering Heat Barbecue Sauce
Cheese Stuffed Bacon Wrapped BBQ Meatballs
Cube mozzarella string cheese into 1” cubes and set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine ground beef, pork, breadcrumbs, eggs, 2 tablespoons of parsley, garlic cloves & parmesan . Season to taste with salt and pepper and stir to combine. Scoop meatball mixture into small ball (about 2 tablespoons) and press 1 cube mozzarella into the center, sealing meat tightly around cheese. Wrap bacon around meat in twice & secure with toothpick. Repeat with remaining meatball mixture and cheese.
Place on grill indirect cooking method, or in oven at 350 and cook about 45-60 min. During the last 10-15 min, brush with our Whispering Heat BBQ sauce.
Remove from grill or oven and let rest for 5-10 min
